The shipping on our International Wholesale accounts are tallied at the end of each month and invoiced seperately, to reduce the cost to our wholesalers and for pricing accuracy.

Returns Information

We pride ourselves on quality and as such, all itti bitti nappies are covered by a six month guarantee on workmanship, so in the unlikely event you have a problem with your nappies, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us, so we can organise a repair or replacement (at our discretion). The guarantee is limited to the original owner and your customer will require their receipt for proof of purchase.
